- Identify your top 20% of customers - typically they will deliver 80% of your revenue & profits.
- Analyse your revenue by product / service - this will help you decide whether you should rationalise or expand your service range.
- Calculate the life-time value (we usually use 3 - 5 years) of your average top 20% of customers so you can create a "killer offer" to attract more top customers.
- Your average sales transaction value and the potential to increase both sales revenue & profitability.
- Your break even point taking into account fixed and variable costs. This sets a clear baseline target.
- An objective evaluation of your marketing & sales approach including advertising material. There are proven techniques for then dramatically increasing new sales leads & converting your leads into sales.
The two day business health check is conservatively worth $3,000 plus GST. We are currently offering the review for $700 plus GST with a money back guarantee if you are not 100% satisfied with the results.
We do not charge any additional expenses if you are based in the Auckland, North Shore, Rodney and Hamilton areas. We can discuss reimbursement of expenses if you are outside those areas.

There are four proven ways to significantly increase your sales revenue and your profits:
